On Saturday, Henley faced north London rivals West Hampstead 5ths. The home side started at a brisk pace, with some incisive attacking moves.
Andrew Foster-Yeow looked particularly dangerous up front, with the visitors also struggling to contain the skill and pace of James Rechner and Harry Wray.
In the midfield Baker, Draycott and Cottam quickly snuffed out West Hampstead offensive moves, with Matthew Herbert providing an excellent link to the forwards, enabling Foster-Yeow to score two sharp goals before half time.
In the second half, Draycott took the score to 3-0 with a neat short corner.
At the back, the solid defence of Austin, Bodeker and Newbold kept the West Hampstead forwards at bay, with Cordrey actually contributing some good saves, resulting in the first clean sheet of the season for Henley.
