First game

We fielded 8 colts including Joe Sylvester in goal, Dino and Enzo Cheeseman, plus Charlie, Max, Elliot, Henry and Evan. They all showed amazing composure both on and off the ball. Couple of newcomers to the club were very welcome, James Moore and Jon Grocock. the seniors in the squad balanced the team well with Ian Rechner commanding the midfield with Pier Edgell in defence, Neill Emmet in midfield and Jamie Furness and Alan Mortimer up front. Ultimately we lost 2-0, but to much more experienced team a whole league above us. Man of the match was awarded to Dino Cheeseman who ran tirelessly all game in the role of both sweeper and midfield. Well done Dino and to all the colts.
