Eligibility for Family Membership

In recent seasons there has been some confusion over exactly what constitutes eligibility for Family Membership of Henley Hockey Club. This has led to situations where the Management Board has felt that Family Memberships have not been provided in a fair and equitable manner.

To overcome this, we have reviewed and clarified our definition and the following gives the updated rule which the Management Board will apply until further notice.

2.3.9 At the discretion of the Management Board, a discounted family subscription may be authorised to cover the playing and social membership of all dependant family members.

Note: For the purposes of this category of membership, the Henley Hockey Club Management Board defines "dependant family members" as:

The player applying for membership and his/her spouse/partner and any dependant unmarried children who normally live with them and who are under 21 years old (or under 25 years old if they are still receiving full-time education).
