Club Day gives you the opportunity to come and catch up with friends, support the Henley Teams, win some money, pick up some new kit and equipment, find out what the Club has in store for members this season, pay your subs and much, much more!

The Hockey

For the chance to see the beautiful game played the way it should be come and support the men's and ladies' teams playing at home that day. Whilst the delectable Ladies 3s and 4s are playing away from home we still have a glut of hockey for you to feast your peepers on!

10.00am: Kicking off with the lovely Ladies 2s, fresh from the excitement of promotion, they will be taking on Yately. Be prepared to be amazed with the wealth of youthful experience taking to the pitch!

11.45am: Then the big girls take to the pitch with National Trophy Winners, the Ladies' 1s taking on Sonning with a number of new girls in the team. Always a feisty affair against local rivals, Sonning will have a point to prove after having their butts kicked in Beeston!

1.30pm: Following the women we have the men! Come and have a look at Heggie's Heroes as the 1s and 2s combine their might to take on Basingstoke in what promises to be a goal fest! New players, tight kit and oodles of testosterone! What's not to love?

3.00pm: Then finally we have the real cream of the club, the men's 3s and 4s, who battle it out amongst themselves for coveted positions in the sexiest teams in the Club! Come and see how it's really done!

Then finally we have some pitch time for the men and ladies to get together and make out in a mixed game! This year we have entered the EHB Mixed Trophy so we need plenty of willing volunteers who love playing with the opposite sex! Man enough for it? Come along at 4.15pm. Membership

Did you know that your Membership at HHC entitles you to a number of discounts with local businesses? And if you pay in full on the day you get entered into a draw for £50.00. You will be allocated a membership number that will also be put into a draw every month for a Mystery Prize!

Anyone paying before the cut off date of October 31st is entitled to the ‘early bird' reduced rate! And subs and match fees have been frozen this year as promised! It makes sense to pay on the day!

Kit

This is our second season with the club kit and it is good to see so many members wearing it. Hawkins Sports will be at the club all day with equipment, kit and order forms. The kit is reasonably priced and looks good, so why not treat yourself? This season we also will be offering Supporters Clothing for all those ex players and parents who commit themselves to the sidelines in all weathers. We also are introducing a range of Coaches and Umpires clothing too, to recognise the efforts of our amazing volunteers!

Social Fun

Whilst the elite athletes will be tucking into healthy teas there will be hot dogs, burgers and a range of snacks and drinks available on the day. And to add to the excitement there will be a bouncy castle for the children (and when the children have gone home I'm sure the adults will make the most of it!)
